The Vault Walkthrough

Prerequisites

Collect the hospital’s four digit records while following the main Prism, mask, and key routes. The notes establish the digits and positions that resolve to 1308. You also need Anti-Rust Acid and access to the late Storage corridor after the fully charged Prism route.

Solution

1. From the late hospital route, use Anti-Rust Acid on the corroded Storage door.
2. Enter the Storage room and approach the padlocked inner gate.
3. Enter 1308.
4. Search the opened area and take its available contents.

Outcome and failure states

Opening this gate closes The Vault investigation. Do not confuse it with the earlier Basement Locker Storage Room code reported in some hospital route summaries; The Vault is the late rusted Storage-room gate tied to the four ordered notes.

If the code is correct but the route is inaccessible, continue the Akeley Hospital progression until Anti-Rust Acid and the late Storage corridor are available.
