The verified roster is five base-game weapons plus one DLC revolver. Pre-order cosmetic variants such as Shale Mary, The Breakwater, and Tektite Tommy change named loadout options but are not additional base pickup slots in this guide.

Six primary weapons
- Equalizer Mk. II — the starting handgun and general-purpose ammunition choice.
- Field Surgeon — shotgun found in the saloon display area after the church route.
- The Minuteman — submachine gun on the later Devil’s Reef Hotel route near the Generator Room.
- Black Reef Longshot — rifle found during the Akeley Memorial route after the mask progression.
- Linguist’s Folly — grenade launcher obtained late in the Fish Market progression.
- Bucking Bronco — revolver awarded through the paid Holloway Manor side mission, not the base campaign.
Loadout roles
The pistol handles routine targets, the shotgun answers close pressure, the Minuteman trades ammunition for sustained fire, the rifle rewards useful sightlines, and the launcher is the specialist explosive option. Pick up every base weapon even if limited inventory means storing one before the next route.
Attachments are not extra guns
Voss’s Compensator, Voss’s Target Grip, Cutter’s Tomahawk, Keene’s Widowmaker, and other named components are weapon parts. They occupy attachment slots or modify an existing weapon; do not count them as primary firearms.
