The two stores agree on the hardware and minimum target but currently disagree on the recommended preset name: Steam says Medium and GOG says Balanced. Both mention TSR or comparable technologies. A listed target is not a guarantee for every scene, driver, background workload, or modified configuration.

Compare the complete PC rather than the graphics card alone: operating system, processor, RAM, VRAM, DirectX support, and SSD space all belong to the published baseline. Then use the current PC support route for the exact symptom.
